Oaklands College is looking for a team player to join as an Administrator for their Estates team at the St Albans campus. In this role, you will handle day-to-day admin tasks, support department management, and ensure efficient operations.

The ideal candidate should have proficiency in Microsoft software, strong organizational skills, and excellent customer service abilities. Requirements include administration experience, English & maths qualifications, and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth departmental administration
  • Update Desktop maintenance system
  • Support procurement and admin tasks

Key Qualifications:

  • Good education background or equivalent experience
  • Customer service or admin experience, preferably in Further Education
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Data entry experience
