About us:
We have been in the car and van hire business for over 48 years with a well-established customer base. We are a small, family like team and we pride ourselves in our excellent customer service and care.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and intelligent individual, who will be the first point of contact with our customers either on the phone or in person.


Cheerfulness whilst multi-tasking is an essential skill You must be able to deal with a fast-paced environment, and handle pressure well.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Personal requirements:

  • An energetic and positive person
  • An excellent listener with superb attention for detail
  • Highly capable under pressure
  • Fast paced and able to anticipate the needs of others
  • Superb at multitasking and computer literate
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Exceptional timekeeping
  • A good sense of humour is a must

Role Description:
45 hours per week plus alternate Saturdays

Mon-Fri 7.30am - 5.30pm

Saturdays 8am - 5pm

Job Types:
