We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Nurse/Dental Receptionist to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of transforming smiles.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist dentists during a variety of treatment procedures, including advance cosmetic and restorative dentistry, implants, and Invisalign.
  • Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control protocols.
  • Provide pre
- and post-operative care instructions to patients.

  • Maintain accurate patient records and manage appointment schedules.
  • Take and develop dental radiographs (Xrays).
  • Ensure the dental surgery is clean, organized, and wellstocked with necessary supplies.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and posttreatment care.
  • Handle patient inquiries and provide support to ensure a positive patient experience.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as updating patient records, processing payments, and managing correspondence.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Dental Nurse with certification (e.g., National Diploma in Dental Nursing or equivalent).
  • Current registration with the General Dental Council (GDC).
  • Prior experience in a dental practice, preferably with a focus on advanced restorative and cosmetic dentistry.
  • Proficiency in dental software (R4) and basic computer skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • A compassionate and patientcentered approach to care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the practice.
  • Manage the appointment schedule, including booking, rescheduling, and confirming appointments.
  • Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services, procedures, and policies.
  • Maintain and update patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Process patient payments and manage billing and insurance claims.
  • Coordinate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow and timely appointments.
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a dental or medical receptionist role preferred.
  • Proficiency in dental software and basic computer skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Professional appearance and a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
  • Understanding of dental terminology and procedures is an advantage.
