About the programme
This is a 2-year rotational HR programme with a fully funded route through your Level 5 HR Consultant qualification.

As a L5 CIPD Associate Member you'll develop a wide range of skills and experience to build a successful career in your chosen field.

You'll also be part of our wider Talent Academy Community where you'll get additional development opportunities, supported networking and a few socials thrown in there for good measure.


As an HR Apprentice you'll:

  • Provide advice, guidance, and support to colleagues
  • Assist our internal communication activities and promotes our Employer Brand
  • Understand and analyse data that drives insight into decision making and providing proactive people services
  • Attract, select and onboard top talent into Compare the Market
  • Partner with people leaders to continue to improve employee engagement
  • Encourage colleagues to grow, learn and develop new skills

You'll:

  • Possess Maths and English Language GCSE's Grades A*C / 49 or equivalent or be willing to work towards functional skills
  • Be collaborative by instinct and enjoy working as part of a team to deliver high quality work
  • Understand HR principles and best practice, and how to build capability
  • Show knowledge of the functional areas of HR
  • Possess strong project management skills and problemsolving skills: able to review and understand new situations to suggest and implement pragmatic solutions

  • Demonstrate great analytical capability to interpret information and data
