Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure consistency across the group in maintaining financial control standards and improving finance policies and manuals.
  • Collaborate closely with the CFO and other finance leaders to analyze rolling forecasts, aiding decision-making processes.
  • Approve month-end reports for accuracy and compliance within financial systems.
  • Lead the budgeting process, focusing on staff costs and overheads.
  • Produce timely and accurate management accounts and reports for the Board and Senior Management team.
  • Oversee the production of statutory and group management reporting, adhering to UK GAAP (FRS102).
  • Ensure tax compliance across the Group's entities and manage cash and cashflow positions.
  • Supervise the Financial Accounting team, including Group/Regional Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and Accounts Receivable/Payable.

Required Experience:

- Qualified Accountant

- Background in complex large Company group environments

- Strong ability to drive change and lead teams
