This role will provide vital support within the Human Resources team to assist in the administration and co-ordination of our fleet vehicles and associated costs.

This role is essential for the smooth operation of our fleet and for maintaining accurate and detailed records, working in conjunction with our fleet management partner.


The key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Liasing with our fleet management partner in respect of agreed KPIs.
  • Coordinating and maintaining fleet details in conjunction with our fleet management partner
  • Coordination of fuel cards, fuel pricing and usage reports.
  • Management of parking and speeding fines in conjunction with our fleet management partner.
  • Data management including MPG statistics, accident statistics, and other trends.
  • Maintaining and updating company vehicle P11D information and ensuring accurate reporting of benefits in kind through payroll each month
  • Accident management including liaison with our insurance broker and colleagues.
  • Producing monthly and quarterly management reports for management team including monthly ppm reporting for payroll, external benchmarking and fuel transaction reporting.
  • Producing regular communications, including Fleet Matters for company vehicle drivers, working closely with the Marketing Manager.
  • Other activities as necessary to ensure that the fleet is operated in a legal manner.

What we are looking for in you:

  • Business administration experience.
  • A keen interest in transport.
  • Experience of working with fleet administration systems and strong Microsoft (excel) experience.
  • Experience of working with database systems.
  • Ability to problem solve.
  • Excellent effective communication and interpersonal skills.
