Fleet Insurance Sales Advisor

Salary: Up to £27,000 plus market leading bonus

Location: Glasgow

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Fleet Insurance Sales Advisor to join our team in Glasgow. As a key member of our branch network, you will be responsible for handling new and existing insurance risks for our sector leading insurance broker.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients both face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Specialising in the local area, providing quotations to taxi drivers and building relationships with fleet owners and bases.
  • General administration including renewals, mid-term adjustments, extensions to covers, invoicing, and handling client queries.
  • Quality control and ensuring high standards of customer service.
  • Checking and issuing documentation to clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years insurance sales experience, preferably in the motor vehicle sector.
  • Fluency and confidence in dealing with customers over the phone and face-to-face.
  • Ability and flexibility to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to negotiate with insurers.

What We Offer:

  • Salary up to £27,000.
