Position:

An opportunity has arisen for a Team Secretary within our East Community Addiction Service based at North West Kilmarnock Area Centre, Kilmarnock.

What you will do:

As a Team Secretary working within the East Community Addiction Team you will provide a comprehensive, confidential secretarial and administrative service to the Team Leader and a Team of multi-disciplinary staff.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:

You should possess an SVQ Level III in Business Administration/IT or equivalent with secretarial experience and proven minute taking experience. You will have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages.

Experience of working in an NHS environment with an understanding/experience of NHS networks is desirable. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to work effectively and efficiently as part of a team.

The ability to work unsupervised whilst using your own initiative is essential as is being able to work to challenging timescales by organising and prioritising your workload and having the flexibility to adapt to change and last minute demands.

37 hours per week
