An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Nurse Directorate for a highly motivated Personal Secretary to join our Quality Improvement team.

Based at Crosshouse Hospital, you will gain experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic and professional environment within a supportive and welcoming team.

As an experienced administrator, you will provide high level secretarial support to our QI Leads across a range of duties. You will work proactively and autonomously whilst maintaining effective communication with the wider administrative team.

With an SVQ level 3 in administration, or equivalent administration or secretarial experience, you will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will be able to deal effectively with a number of simultaneous tasks and have the ability, commitment and judgement to ensure that actions are delivered within deadlines. Minute taking experience as well as a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages is essential.

A driving licence/ access to a car is desirable for this post.
