About Us:

We are a leading provider of fresh, outdoor grown herbs and salads. Supplying herbs in both bunches and loose format. Our farm prides itself on delivering high-quality produce, while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate tractor and associated machinery safely and efficiently
  • General farm cultivations, drilling, topping etc.
  • Assist with various aspects of the harvesting, adhering to specific guidelines
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the fields and packing areas
  • Maintain equipment and report any issues promptly
  • Assisting with general farm tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Valid UK driving licence
  • PA1/2 would be advantageous but not essential
  • Tractor experience
  • Ability to work long hours and weekends during peak harvest season
  • Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
  • Must be reliable and punctual
