The Company:

We are recruiting for one of London's largest and most prestigious whole of market Independent Mortgage & Protection Brokers.

As a highly respected name in the market, they provide mortgage/protection advice and complementary products to individuals/employees within major FTSE250 corporations. With a reputation built on trust and outstanding service they have continued to grow year on year. As such they are currently seeking an experienced Sales Performance Managerto drive the continued success of the team.

The Position:

As Sales Performance Manager you'll be responsible for monitoring Broker performance, identifying potential training/development needs and supporting the Head of Sales. The role will include:

  • Maintaining accurate performance reports and statistics for both individual Brokers and the team
  • Facilitating the professional development of the team through training and monitoring
  • Setting and continually monitoring relevant Broker KPIs
  • Building strong relationships via regular meetings with Brokers to review performance against KPIs
  • Creating strategic objectives to deliver growth in all key areas
  • Delivering key corporate messages and industry insights
  • Working closely with Head of Sales; highlighting any potential issues/opportunities

Key requirements:

  • Proven track record as a Sales Performance Manager within the Mortgage and Protection industry
  • Proven ability to create a culture of continuous improvement within a team, delivering growth in revenue.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify training/development needs
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving results and exceeding targets.
  • A proactive, self-starter with a commitment to continued professional development.
  • CeMAP qualified with an in-depth understanding of the current mortgage and protection market, regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional time management & prioritisation skills.?
  • Excellent attention to detail and methodical approach?
  • Highly competent in using a wide range of IT software and industry applications
