You should be a qualified Nurse with a valid NMC pin and up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices. Experience in a similar environment is desirable, however, not essential.

The Role:

As a Nurse within our home, you will be responsible for ensuring outstanding care is always provided to our residents. Your role is pivotal to the success of what we do, so coming from a strong clinical background, we'd love for you to share your expertise and knowledge across the team and help to further develop our services. You will also provide guidance and leadership to the care team and ensure continuous assessments, planning and evaluation of resident's care are being completed regularly and in a timely manner.
