Job Description

This pivotal role sits within our Private Offices, providing crucial day-to-day support to Ministers and senior officials. As a diary manager, you will engage closely with Ministers, senior officials, and various internal and external stakeholders.

  • Manage the Minister's diary and travel arrangements
  • Support private office and ministerial priorities
  • Play a key role in inbox management
  • Collaborate with the wider Private Office team to ensure seamless operations

To excel in this position, you must exhibit strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with high-level stakeholders are essential.

Person Specification

Key Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be on providing a high-quality, efficient service to Ministers, including:

  • Diary management for optimal scheduling
  • Organizing travel arrangements
  • Handling financial expenses
  • Collaborating across teams for joint priorities

Note: SC clearance will be required for this role if not already held.

Skills and Experience

Prior experience in a Private Office is preferred but not mandatory. We welcome applicants with:
