Interested in working with an innovative and global fashion business? We are looking for a dynamic and friendly Office Manager / PA to be based in Central London.

They are looking for a team player, who is highly organised and can prioritise tasks ensuring their office runs smoothly. You will be reporting into the Directors overseeing facilities management, office provisions as well as diary management and travel bookings .Communication is key, liaising with all levels of the business as well as greeting clients and guests.

This role is based in Central London.

Main responsibilities will include:

Managing office provisions and equipment
Represent the business at reception, welcoming guests and clients, organising meeting rooms.
Overseeing facilities management.
Diary management for both CEO and Director.
Organise meetings, travel and expenses.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and direct service providers.
Courier parcels management.
Review travel queries, team trip credit advances and annual leave management.
Ensure the day to day running of the office run smoothly.

Person Specifications:

Highly organised with previous office management experience.
Dynamic and confident with the ability to prioritise tasks.
Have excellent communication skills.
Experience of working within a fashion business desirable but not essential
Ability to work independently taking initiative and being proactive.

Computer literate on Microsoft Packages.
