The Three Tuns is a 15th-century village pub serving up to 700 guests every week, Located 15 minutes drive from Huntingdon.

We now have an opportunity for a Food and Beverage supervisor to join our already successful team, who will be responsible for assisting and developing the Three Tuns team.

This role can be tailored to someone who is seeking either a full-time or part-time position, dealing with very busy and challenging operations, so being hands-on, organized and focused are key to making this role a success


The position would be working closely with the manager and owners to ensure consistency, but also being capable of running the bar & restaurant alone as required on the rota to cover holidays and days off.

You will be required to work evenings and weekends but will also have once a monthly weekend off

Key Responsibilities:

- **Promote friendly, efficient and effective relationships with all customers and team members.

  • Monitor daily operations by supervising and assisting according to demand to maintain appropriate levels of customer service
  • Ensure daily reporting and banking procedures are followed
  • Carry out regular till and stock checks
  • Maintain a safe environment for customers and staff at all times
  • Any other duties as directed by the manager

  • Experience in the licenced trade

Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends, days, afternoons, and evenings
