About the Role

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all food, drinks, and wines are served to the highest standard. You will work closely with our team to deliver memorable events such as weddings, conferences, and alumni gatherings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise Food & Beverage Assistants and casual waiting staff
  • Deputise for the Manciple and take charge of the Food & Beverage service
  • Ensure exceptional service and high standards of food and drink quality
  • Contribute to staff growth and development through on-the-job training

  • Flexible working arrangement with 80 hours worked over 2 weeks
