We are in search of a Senior Fleet Solutions Manager to join our EU Global Fleet and Products Team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and expanding fleet products and services for our AMZL last mile fleet, including the Fleet Service Center Network.

The responsibilities include enhancing maintenance and repair services for our vehicles to support Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) and exploring innovative solutions to increase vehicle uptime.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams (WHS, Environment, Ops, Process Engineering, etc.) and external vendors to introduce, expand, and efficiently operate fleet solutions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Operationalization of fleet service centers at delivery stations, managing implementation and operations.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to facilitate onsite projects and necessary approvals.
  • Direct interaction with suppliers and contractors at the site to oversee performance.
  • Coordinate the EU-wide rollout of services and drive continuous improvements.
  • Provide regular leadership updates and address product issues promptly.
  • Handle escalations from DSPs, site operations, and vendors, ensuring seamless product integration.

About the Team:

The Team sets the strategy for fleet service, maintenance, and repairs, overseeing processes, infrastructure, and technology essential for DSPs to operate the last-mile fleet efficiently and securely.

The team is responsible for developing, testing, and integrating all service, maintenance, and repair programs.

Remote work options are available in London, GBR.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) or equivalent experience.
  • Project management skills, automotive industry background, and fleet management expertise are advantageous.
  • Previous experience with Delivery Stations or Delivery Service Partners is a plus.
  • Ability to travel more than 25% when required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proficient in engineering, facility equipment, maintenance, and safety procedures at Delivery Stations.
  • Prior experience with Amazon Facilities and managing projects at Amazon sites.
