Rota: Monday – Friday
My client, a large Waste and Recycling company, is looking for a qualified and experienced Health and Safety Manager to join their team. The main responsibilities of the Health and Safety Manager will include:
- Develop, maintain and co-ordinate health and safety policies and procedures across workshops.
- Ensure compliance to health and safety regulations by all employees of the business; providing the necessary training and ongoing meetings to assist the employee.
- Ensure equipment in all sites are installed safely and maintained to the necessary standard.
- Undertake risk assessments and site inspections. Identifying potential hazards and determining ways of reducing risks.
- Develop and ensure that all Health & Safety policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to.
- Ensure all Health & Safety regularly policies are reviewed, updated and communicated.
- Ensure the completion and regular review of risk assessments for all work equipment and operations.
