About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Bank Nurse to join our team at Mental Health Care UK. As a Bank Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals with complex and enduring mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership to staff and residents, ensuring the delivery of excellent care and maintaining high standards.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individual care plans, and oversee the named nurse role for residents.
  • Develop and share skills, experiences, and best practices to enhance the lives of those we support.
  • Utilize expertise in working with individuals with Learning Disabilities and mental health conditions.
  • Assume responsibility for writing care plans and risk management plans.

Requirements:

  • RNMH / RNLD / RGN qualification with experience or willingness to work towards further training in relation to Learning Disabilities.
  • Diploma or Degree in Nursing and NMC registration.
  • Ability to demonstrate continuous professional development.
