Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team. As a mental health nurse with Newcross, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including hospitals, care homes, and community-based care. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals with mental health needs
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the best possible outcomes
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements
- Valid NMC registration
- 6+ months post-qualification experience specific to the mental health role
- Evidence of valid PMVA training
- Up-to-date Mandatory skills for Health Training
- Up-to-date DBS check and proof of immunisations (Hepatitis B, Rubella, Varicella, TB, and Measles)
