Right now, we're looking for an outstanding Customer Operations Executive to join the Customer Service & Logistics team on a full-time or part time basis:

Available roles:

About the role:


Reporting to the Customer Operations Team Leader this role will provide you with an opportunity to leverage your existing skills and develop in new areas providing a clear career path within Heineken in the UK.


You will work closely with On Trade customers within the On and Off Trade team to manage the order-to-delivery operation for a portfolio of accounts with substantial volume.

The team are a key point of contact for all internal and external customers so it is essential that you can demonstrate the ability to provide an excellent level of service.


You will ensure that orders are allocated to delivery routes which minimise costs incurred within the supply chain, problem solve & resolve delivery issues within remit within 48hours by engaging key internal and external contacts and work towards ensuring that customer service level of 96.0% is achieved or bettered - "On Time In Full" by following Company processes and aligning to the prescribed logistics standards.
