About You:
You will be an enthusiastic and efficient bartender who will provide an excellent guest drinking experience.

As a bartender, you will be able to deliver classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers' needs and expectations, in fast-paced environments.

You will also have good knowledge of drinks including beer, cider, wine and cocktails and have background in serving/making a wide range of drinks.


Your Role:


Reporting to assistant manager and general manager, as a bar team member, you will oversee bar operations: welcoming and serving customers at the bar, ensuring drinks ordered are dealt with promptly and ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations.

Excellent organisational and team management skills.

As a bar team member, it will be at a forefront of your mind to create a memorable dining experience for our guests and increase our profitability.


Responsibilities:

  • Check customers' identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age
  • Prepare alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant guests
  • Providing a fun and positive customer experience
  • Taking orders and serving guests
  • Plan ahead of shifts: premix spirit for cocktails, restock/replenish the bar inventory and supplies.
  • Plan layout and present bar to keep it organised
  • Always be guest focused and provide an excellent guest experience

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Salary:
£7.50-£11.00 per hour
