Key Responsibilities
• Provide one-to-one support to a child in Reception, promoting their academic and personal development
• Work closely with the class teacher and other support staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans
• Support the child's social and emotional development, promoting positive relationships and behaviors
• Collaborate with the class teacher to plan and deliver engaging and inclusive lessons
• Maintain accurate records of the child's progress and development
Requirements
• A strong commitment to supporting children with special educational needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
• A willingness to learn and develop new skills and knowledge
