SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to provide tailored support to students with complex needs. In this role, you will work closely with teachers to foster a safe, supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting students with a range of special educational needs on a one-to-one basis or in small groups.
- Encouraging positive social interaction and promoting student development.
- Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to monitor and record student progress.
