My client has a small friendly team who are shortly looking to expand and move premises to the outskirts of Lincoln.

I am looking for someone who has exceptional marketing, sales, and administration skills. I need someone who is Proactive and uses their own initiative to the best of their ability. This role is not remote or hybrid, you will be working on site.

you must have experience on the following:

  • Developing marketing materials.
  • Dealing with my client's website.
  • You will be expected to follow up with sales leads.
- providing customer quotations.

  • Bringing new business development ideas to the table.
  • Dealing with customer enquiries (this could be face to face or on the telephone).

I need somebody who is computer literate whilst also having experience in meeting sales targets and KPI's, you must have an interest in business development.

You must like the idea of being highly involved in a variety of tasks meaning you will have to prioritise and adapt your working day structure as different tasks arise.

You must have excellent written and spoken English communication skills. The working hours will be 8am-4pm Monday to Friday this will include a 30-minute lunch break. You must be able to commute, with your own transport, to the outskirts of Lincoln.
