THE TEAM

The Internal Communications Business Partner will be joining a small internal communications team, involved in delivering internal communications across Norstella to keep colleagues informed, engaged and motivated.

This is a hands-on role, with an emphasis on building culture and employee engagement.
You will bring a creative approach to internal communications, helping to embed an exciting schedule of activity.

You will shape the way we live up to our mission and principles, managing the communications calendar and a number of key internal channels.


THE ROLE
In this role as an Internal Communications Business Partner, you will:

  • Be responsible for the internal content calendar, managing scheduling and avoiding potential clashes;
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of communications activities using analytics tools to provide results and actions;
  • Be a custodian of our intranet and deliver daytoday administration of the site, liaising with key stakeholders across the business to ensure our content is uptodate, consistent, and relevant;
  • Play a pivotal role in change communications, particularly related to merger and acquisition activity;
  • Work closely with business leaders and the HR function to strategically align communications with core company objectives;
  • Develop great relationships with key contacts across the business to ensure the seamless flow of information and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

WHAT IT TAKES

  • Experience in the communications or marketing field;
  • Experience of successful use of internal or external social media activities, producing visual content;
  • Ability to communicate articulately and effectively in verbal and written English;
  • Being a creative selfstarter who can take a brief and turn it into clear and engaging content across various formats;
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to build effective relationships with different stakeholders;
  • Being organised, with the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines;
  • Possessing strong attention to detail;
  • Taking a sense of pride in the work you do;
  • Enthusiasm, flexibility, and creativity as well as interpersonal skills.
