- Manage, coach & grow a strong team 6+ across Paid Social (focusing on content and talent that wins) & Advocacy and Communications Managers driving organic press coverage, building brand equity and love via relationships, seeding & events.
COMMUNICATION STRATEGY:
- Development of the Communications & Advocacy strategy across the x4 brands in the UK & Ireland
- Work closely with the Head of Medical Communications & Relations to ensure synergies across B2C & B2B strategy
- Identify key KOL & VIPs needed to deliver the Communications & Medical Advocacy strategy
- Forge and foster relationships with key stakeholders for the division, including partners, press, influencers and KOLs
- Agree investment strategy for brands in collaboration with the brand teams
- Platforms: overseeing Paid Social Brand Managers' creation of all paid content across Social channels, ensuring it's hyper relevant & forward thinking.
INTERNAL COMMUNICATION:
- Strategise local communication & build a coordinated vision
- Drive corporate communications on all media, including leading on brand philanthropy & CSR topics
- Providing internal counsel & communications support to senior stakeholders
CRISIS COMMUNICATIONS:
- Anticipate, identify and strategise sensitive topics for the division and the brands
