- - Fulfill a busy and crucial role, liaising between landlords and tenants regarding tenancy renewals and negotiating new rent levels and terms.

- - Communicate with both parties to agree on new rent levels and specific terms.

- - Reference tenants, check safety certificates, handle Lettings Administration, and manage property files.
- - Conduct compliance checks, prepare legal documents, and chase arrears.
- - Previous experience in Tenancy Renewals or Residential Lettings.
- - Proactive approach with strong organisational skills and ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
- - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, IT proficiency with MS Office knowledge.
- - Ideal for individuals with a talent for administration and organisation.
- - Salary range from £26,000 to £30,000 based on experience.
