As a Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing a portfolio of managed properties and working closely with our Lettings and Property Management team.
Key Responsibilities- Property Portfolio Management: Assist in overseeing a portfolio of managed properties, ensuring timely and efficient management of properties.
- Repair and Maintenance: Coordinate and manage repair and maintenance issues, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption to tenants.
- Inspections and Check-Outs: Book and manage inspections for properties, including check-outs, and ensure accurate reporting to tenants and landlords.
- Communication and Administration: Maintain regular communication with landlords and tenants, ensuring prompt response to queries and issues.
- Legislative Compliance: Ensure compliance with current Lettings legislation, including EPC, electric, health and safety, and gas inspections.
- Landlord Licenses and Notices: Manage landlord licenses and serve notices as required.
- Court Eviction Paperwork: Assist with court eviction paperwork and attend court as necessary.
- Time Management and Organization: Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate records of all calls and repairs.
- IT and Excel Skills: Utilize IT systems and excel spreadsheets to manage property data and reports.
- Typing Skills and Initiative: Possess excellent typing skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in property management or a related field.
- Qualifications: ARLA (Propertymark) exams passed ideally.
- Salary: £32,000 to £35,000 per annum, working hours 9.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday.
