We are currently seeking a skilled Lettings Coordinator to join our esteemed clients, a well-established independent estate agency. If you have a background in Lettings Administration, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

Working Schedule:

As a Lettings Coordinator, you will be required to work Monday through Friday.

The successful Lettings Coordinator will be offered:

  • A competitive basic salary of £25,000
  • Bonuses and Commission
  • Ongoing training and support
  • No weekend work

To be considered for the Lettings Coordinator role, you must have:

  • A Lettings Administration background
  • A team player with a proactive attitude, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office packages and the ability to learn quickly

As a Lettings Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Chasing documents for move-in and preparing move-in documentation
  • Arranging tenancy agreements
  • Verifying safety certificates
  • Progressing a let once the deal has been done
  • Notifying landlords and tenants of referencing progress
  • Updating tenancy information in our in-house software package
  • Liaising with tenancy management
  • Preparing and sending letters
