Description

The key responsibilities include:

  • Manage and coordinate the scheduling of examinations and assessments.
  • Ensure all examination and assessment materials are prepared accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with academic staff to ensure the appropriate delivery of examinations.
  • Handle student queries regarding examinations and assessments.
  • Maintain accurate records of student performance and examination results.
  • Assist with the training and management of invigilators.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of examination processes.
  • Uphold the institution's policies and procedures related to examinations and assessments.

Profile

A successful Departmental Examinations Administrator should have:
