Build to Rent - Business Development Consultant

Up to £45,000 OTE (performance related salary scale)

One of the most prominent brands in Property are looking for an experienced New Business Consultant to continue to build on their impressive position within the Build to Rent and Institutional PRS Sector.

You'll be responsible for building on new and existingrelationships with property developers within the Build to Rent sector, securing opportunities for various projects across London.

Role Responsibilities, Build to Rent team;

  • Growing regional market share by building relationships with landlords and property developers.
  • Educating clients about the benefit of using the company and guiding them through the process of selecting an agent.
  • Becoming an expert in New Homes & Investments, Build to Rent, and Institutional PRS in order to give clients the best possible advice.
  • Utilising existing database to build a pipeline of future business.
  • Building and maintaining a fantastic working relationship with the company's network.
  • At least 6+ months in a similar role.
  • Ability to take initiative and be proactive.
  • Proven development within your current field, including sales.
  • Excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and readiness to learn.
