We're on the lookout for a self-driven individual with a proven record of hitting sales targets, especially within professional services or the Recruitment sector.
Business Development Consultant - Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the marketing unit to generate leads via various channels such as digital marketing, PR, and targeted nurturing campaigns
- Responsible for pursuing client and candidate leads, gathering necessary details to assess the lead's potential
- Work closely with seasoned Consultants to ensure lead conversion, taking personal ownership of the process from start to finish
- In certain instances, manage leads independently from initiation to revenue generation
- Supervise the sales pipeline to attract new clients, roles, and individuals through our recruitment, business advisory, and digital platforms
- Identify and explore new market prospects
- Cultivate a collaborative atmosphere to enhance revenue streams
- Build strong relationships with current and prospective clients
- Emphasize attention to detail and adeptness at seeing tasks to completion
- Outstanding communication skills
- Proficiency in project management and/or sales
