Job Description:


At DO & CO, our UK team in Hounslow is seeking a Global HR Coordinator who is ready to embark on a fascinating journey through the diverse world of human resources.

This role is not just a job, it's an adventure in the ever-evolving field of HR, offering you the chance to shape and define our global HR practices.


In this dynamic position, you'll handle everything from VISA processing to mastering the nuanced legal aspects of HR across our UK and European operations.

Each day will bring a new set of challenges, requiring your innate curiosity, eagerness to learn, and exceptional adaptability. You'll become our go-to expert, influencing and shaping the HR landscape within our global operations.

Your responsibilities will span across multiple areas:

  • Navigate the complexities of international HR, providing insights and solutions for VISA processing and beyond.
  • Tackle the legal intricacies of HR, ensuring compliance while fostering an inclusive and dynamic workplace.
  • Adapt to diverse challenges, utilizing your resilience and problemsolving skills to make a real impact.
  • Build relationships with the relevant stakeholders and their teams where you are seen as the key influencer and trusted partner.
  • Liaising with a range of stakeholders involved in policies.
  • Supporting with a global travelling team with any HR topics, employee movement, grievances, absence, AWOL, and disciplinary if and when needed.
  • Developing HR planning strategies, which consider immediate and longterm HR requirements.
  • Support local HR teams with HR projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • A proactive individual with a knack for problemsolving and a passion for HR.
  • Fluent in English, with additional language skills appreciated.
  • An understanding of UK employment law would be a significant advantage.
  • A team player who is as comfortable working independently as they are in a collaborative setting.
