YOUR ROLE


Our Operation in Hounslow is looking for a dynamic and customer focused Air Import Customer Service Coordinator, where you will deliver exceptional customer service to the customers.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?


Reporting into the Air Import Manager, you will act as the key contact for customers and managers supporting with operational processes including obtaining Customs clearance instructions, confirming delivery/vehicle requirements, ensuring all information such as quotes are in place for shipment billing, queries, customer requests, complaints and issues, whilst providing swift remedial actions, collecting VAT and duty payments.


You will use your exceptional customer service and communication skills to build and develop relationships with your customers, and proactively monitor shipment progress ensuring the customers are kept informed at every milestone of the process and any delays or issues are communicated in a timely manner.

Beside your day-to-day role you may also be required to work alongside spot quotations team.

Passing on leads to sales teams to generate further business if a need is noticed with the current customer database.

This is a Monday - Friday position starting at 9am and finishing at 6pm with an hour's lunchbreak. There will be occasional overtime expected at weekends and evenings. Any requested overtime will be paid in addition to your salary.
