  • To carry out a varied range of administration tasks to support the smooth running of the Facilities Department.
  • Ensuring processes are kept up to date, recording for audit purposes and assisting in monthly reports writing.
  • Providing a just in time services and support for the various departments withing the hospice and 3rd party services and contracts.
  • Ensure systems are in place to keep personal information up to date.
  • To assist with projects as required
  • Assist with daytoday admin tasks, filing, typing, maintaining/updating records on database and manual files.
  • Help prepare and produce reports.

  • Maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Ability to deal sensitively with employees and volunteers.
  • Proven record of working within a team and ability to work on own initiative
