We are excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Landscape Design Manager to oversee the design process for commercial landscape projects from initial tender stages to final delivery.

As the Landscape Design Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating designs from suppliers with clients and architects
  • Conducting design workshops with clients and architects
  • Organizing design workshops with suppliers and draftspeople
  • Attending sites for layout and client meetings
  • Researching specific requirements to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Providing necessary information to suppliers for their designs
  • Reviewing supplier drawings for accuracy
  • Approving supplier drawings for production
  • Presenting supplier designs in alignment with company branding
  • Producing additional drawings as needed
  • Offering solutions to technical design challenges
  • Coordinating designs with other contractors
  • Maintaining project drawings register and revisions
  • Compiling and submitting necessary information and RFIs
  • Managing technical submissions and sample tracking
  • Monitoring client document portals and procedures
  • Tracking design progress to meet project timelines
  • Communicating design changes effectively to project teams
  • Ensuring design changes align with commercial goals
  • Managing design risks
  • Collecting data for O&M Manuals

Key Requirements:

  • Efficient daily planning
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude towards colleagues
  • Availability during company hours
  • Willingness to communicate outside regular hours if required
  • Flexibility in working hours for customer satisfaction

  • Opportunity identification and reporting to the sales team

  • Weekly KPI report submission by Friday 16:00
  • Timely responses to emails and calls within 24 hours
  • Maintaining a tidy and organized workspace

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Qualification in Horticulture or Landscape Architecture
  • Proficiency in CAD programs such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, or Revit
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication skills and teamwork
