Project Manager

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Calibre Search. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering prestigious schemes throughout the UK, including highways, flood defence, renewable energy, and public realm works.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide method statements, hazard risk assessments, and Project Management plans
* Understand tender allowances and monitor contract loss against agreed budgets
* Prepare and monitor programmes of work
* Foster good relations and reputation with clients
* Manage design co-ordination
* Assess and engage sub-contractors
* Manage contracts to ensure timely and profitable completion of contracts
* Supervise, mentor, and assist in the career development of junior staff
