We are currently seeking a talented ConnectWise System Specialist to join our team and contribute to delivering outstanding outcomes for our clients.

  • You will be responsible for overseeing and managing ConnectWise, guaranteeing its proper use and compliance with best practices, while also providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Reporting directly to our Business Transformation Director, you will oversee our Business System Administrator.
  • Your role will involve maintaining data quality and ensuring standardized system usage across all regional offices.

In this position, your responsibilities will include:

  • Governing the system to ensure proper use and adherence to best practices, providing guidance and training where necessary.
  • Taking ownership of data quality, implementing regular audit and cleanup processes.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation for training, reference, and support for ISO, SDI, and other standards aimed at achieving business objectives.
  • Managing the My Company structure, collaborating with various business locations, and overseeing the deployment of Streamline services.

Essential requirements for the role:

  • Extensive experience in building and maintaining Workflow Rules following best practices.
  • Sound understanding of the Quote to Invoice process, involving Sales, Projects, Service Tickets, and Agreements.
  • Capability to collaborate with virtual teams in diverse geographic locations.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with ConnectWise MANAGE configuration and data management.
