Department: Electric Vehicle Support - Customer Advisor

Salary: £24,500

Location: Oldbury

Workstyle: Office Based (Resident Working)

Contract: Permanent Full-time

Hours: 4 days on 4 days off (avg. 40 hrs p/w). Shifts between 06:00-20:45.

As an EV Support Customer Advisor in our Oldbury office, you'll join the Assist Centre team, mastering our products to aid customers in need. You'll handle calls efficiently, ensuring each customer feels important. Challenges may arise with unhappy customers, but our strong team spirit supports you through any difficulties.

What does the job entail?

  • Utilise scripts to assess situations and determine actions
  • Keep up-to-date with products and services to resolve customer queries
  • Commit to providing the best customer service using available resources
