Job SummaryWe're seeking a Sales Advisor to join our team, responsible for taking inbound calls from small businesses and manufacturers, making outbound calls to obtain sales, and providing exceptional customer service. If you're a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Take inbound calls from small businesses and manufacturers, providing solutions to their needs and exceeding customer expectations.
- Make outbound calls to obtain sales through various leads and sources, utilizing your skills to close deals and drive revenue growth.
- Qualify caller requirements and decide on the most appropriate course of action, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Deal with customers' administrative needs, utilizing the BCAS system to provide efficient and effective solutions.
- Identify and pass complex calls to specific administrative departments or individuals, ensuring that customers receive the best possible support.
- Take ownership of all necessary actions required, including payment processing, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Someone who genuinely cares about our members and their well-being, and wants to find the best product for them.
- A team player who works collaboratively with others to ensure the best service possible.
- A problem-solver who can handle objections and find solutions, always looking for ways to improve and grow.
