We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Apprentice Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers during times of need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customers through their breakdown journey, providing guidance and reassurance through active listening and a warm tone.
  • Show customers they are valued by understanding their situation and keeping the conversation constructive.
  • Use detailed scripts to gather information and apply logic to assess the best course of action.
  • Pursue better outcomes by utilizing available resources to offer the best customer service.
  • Maintain composure while reassuring customers, providing safety advice, and promptly sending support.
  • Retain high volumes of call information while updating multiple IT systems accurately and swiftly.
