As a Sales Executiveyou'll be responsible for winning and maximising businessopportunities within the Southampton, Portsmouth and Hampshireareas.

So, what will you bedoing?

You'll solely beresponsible for the success of your own area by achieving thefollowing.

  • Research salesopportunities and prospects in your designated area, activelypromoting and developing new sales opportunities both withinexisting business and also other businesses in the area to achievesales targets and drive the Medina sales growthstrategy.
  • Build and leverage strong customerrelationships within your area through constant selling, face toface meetings, understanding the customer needs and maintain a highlevel of customer service ensuring customer satisfaction andretention.
  • Onboard new customers effectively& successfully whilst ensuring close working relationships withexisting accounts and recording onto our CRMsystem.
  • Work closely with our distributionCentre and drivers to create a strong team workingethos.
  • Deliver profitable volumegrowth and hit targets
  • Monitor competitorand independent market activity around your area and propositionsto ensure you are offering our customers the best solutions andinsight from the biggest Foodservice provider in theworld

We are looking for someone whohas the ability to not only win new business but also maximisesales through our existing customers. Ideally you'll come from aField Sales/ Account Management background and be commerciallyastute, technically proficient in excel with the ability to buildand maintain relationships. Not to mention, you musthave a passion for sales It would also be great ifyou had a food background, but this is notessential.
