The Work Shop are delighted to be recruiting for a Account Manager /Sales Executive for a Advertising company with in the luxury market.

Based in central Southampton with free parking and the ability to earn substantial commission.

A great opportunity has arisen for someone to join my prestigious client as an Account Manager/Sales Executive.


As Account Manager/ Sales Executive, you will be responsible for proactively developing new and maintaining existing relationships with a wide range of businesses.

You will be required to proactively market the company's services and products over the telephone,enhance the business relationship and build trust with the customers.


Duties for the Account Manager/ Sales Executive:

  • Generate new leads by primarily, but not exclusively, using data from a warm database
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and offer creative solutions to ensure business goals are met
  • To participate in closing orders
  • Take ownership of opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle, adopting a consultative selling approach to understand their business challenges and provide guidance and consultancy on the right solution
  • Work with the senior management team to ensure product pricing is competitive
  • To ensure that accounts are correctly billed
  • To attend client meetings, key events and industry shows to promote the business
  • Hungry to succeed and learn
  • Previous experience of working in a sales, telemarketing, marketing, or account management role
  • Knowledge of sales acquired through training and previous experience
  • Experience of researching and sourcing new business
  • A proactive approach with the ability to generate new ideas and solutions
  • A selfstarter who focuses on generating opportunities and outcomes
  • A positive outlook with an ability to inspire confidence with customers
  • Willingness to undertake further training as required for development
As an Account Manager, you will be required to work Monday-Thursday 9am-5:30pm and Friday 9am-4:30pm. Free parking is provided, and the company are accessible via public transport.
