As we continue to experience significant annual growth, we are expanding our team to include a talented Inside Sales Executive who will help us achieve and exceed our ambitious sales targets.

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing deals within the mid-market segment. This position provides a unique opportunity to interact directly with C-level executives, including IT Directors, CFOs, CIOs, CEOs, Managing Directors, Technology Directors, and similar roles, primarily targeting companies with over 30 users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source and contact potential clients to introduce our tailored telecommunications solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and initial contact through negotiation and closure.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-level executives to understand their needs and propose the most effective solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, with a goal of earning a minimum of £100K in commission per year.
  • Self-manage your pipeline and sales strategies to ensure continuous growth and achievement of personal and company goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in UCaaS or software sales, ideally within the mid-market segment users).
  • Demonstrable track record of self-generating leads and closing deals independently.
  • Strong presence and excellent communication skills, capable of engaging and negotiating with senior executives.

Compensation:

  • Commission: Uncapped, with an annual target of £100k.
  • On-target earnings (OTE): £85,000 in year 1, £140,000 in year 2.
