Key Responsibilities:
* Exceed set goals and objectives to contribute to overall sales success.
* Generate valuable leads by making phone calls to potential customers.
* Follow the script to maintain consistency in the sales program.
* Set appointments with prospective customers through respectful and polite communication.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within the CRM system.
* Confirm all booked appointments 48 hours prior to the meeting.
* Work closely with the Inside Sales Management team and Sales Administrators to ensure a full diary of sales-ready opportunities.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
* Proven experience in telemarketing or a related field.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving targets.
* Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

Remuneration Package:

* Achievement of 50 points: Salary increases to \u00a340,000 pro rata for that particular month, plus any commission earned.
* In addition, commission is paid on successful system installations from the appointments booked.
* Expected realistic OTE of \u00a360,000.
