Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Delivering highquality personal care to residents.
  • Organising and leading the care team under the guidance of the duty nurse.
  • Setting and maintaining the highest standards of care in the home.
  • Ensuring every resident enjoys a personalised and meaningful experience of life.
  • Assisting nursing staff in various procedures additional training provided.
  • Respecting and maintaining the dignity, privacy, and individual needs of residents.

Requirements:

  • Experienced Senior Care Assistants OR motivated individuals with strong care experience ready to step up.
  • Medication training is a must.
  • Level 3 adult social care qualification, or a level 2 with relevant experience and a commitment to completing the level 3 course.
