Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional individual to join our Patient Advocacy and Complaints Team as a Senior Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of complaints and providing advice, information, and support to patients, their families, and carers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume caseload of complaints and concerns from patients, families, and carers
  • Provide expert advice, information, and support to patients, families, and carers
  • Deliver complaints training to all levels of Trust staff
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to patient advocacy and complaints
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure a high-quality integrated PALS and Complaints service
