Customer Services Coordinator
Large Ecommerce warehousing brand with products in Tech and Healthcare
Monday to Friday working days paying up to £25,000

Reporting the Head of Customer Services your duties will include:

  • Answering telephone calls and responding to all client queries quickly and accurately.
  • Advise customers of service options along with related quotations including exceptional requirements.
  • Accurately inputting collection and delivery information on our system including verifying contact name, department and location/postcode, ensuring correctness.
  • Working with each customer's systems and carrying out all administrative tasks for each customer's account.
  • Ensure product weights and pricing are checked and charged to the customer accordingly.
  • Accurately inputting customer's purchase orders and invoicing information.
  • Check and process transactions in SAP related to Inventory Management and order processing/fulfilment.
  • Coordinate urgent movements of customer's products in a timely fashion, liaising with hospital departments, our client's customer service teams and our Transport Department.
  • Investigate any transaction queries and discrepancies.
  • Share ideas and provide suggestions on continuous improvement.
  • Support with cover during holiday periods for other CS employees.
Any other duties which are reasonable and appropriate.

  • Ensure that reasonable care is taken at all times for the health, safety and welfare of you and other persons.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
The Customer Services Coordinator will have the following experience:

  • Demonstrate success in a previous customer facing and relationship management or similar role.
  • Understanding of stock management preferable.
  • Good IT skills including Excel, Word, Powerpoint and databases as well as understanding of SAP.
  • Good written and verbal communication, with excellent telephone manner.
  • Good numerical skills and record keeping skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to multitask and to prioritise key/important tasks.
  • Understand that some things must be acted upon with urgency and immediacy.
  • Demonstrate sound judgement based on own knowledge and within CS processes.
  • Show the ability to take ownership of an issue, seeing it through from start to finish in a professional manner.

Please note the Customer Services Coordinator must be able to drive due to training being held at Kings Norton in Birmingham before the transition over to East Midlands Gateway.

All travel fully expensed when travelling to Birmingham.
