Customer Care Coordinator.
permanent position offering
Hybrid work (3 days office, 2 days from home). The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm with the occasional requirement for weekend hours also.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide effective communication with all clients, whilst maintaining a highlevel of product knowledge.
- Ensure all client information is kept confidentially and secure in line with GDPR.
- Continuously identify new business opportunities through upselling and share effectively with the internal teams.
- Adhoc administrative duties as required by the wider team.
- Maintain contact spreadsheets and produce monthly reports on activity.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.
- Positive "cando" attitude.
- Polite, professional and confident telephone manners.
- Strong experience within a Customer Service/Facing based role.
